In October, Tashkent hosted an international conference “Uzbekistan: Rapid Reforms in Five Years”. We were happy to take part in the organizational issues of this significant event. ⠀
Our team was entrusted with the organization of this turnkey event. We carried out the technical equipment of the event, decor, selected the necessary staff, organized catering, prepared presentations for guests, created videos, and produced all the necessary printed materials. The hosts of the event were Arsen Dlyanchev and Feruza Ikramova. It turned out to be a beautiful, secular event.

The opening lasted two days, the program of these days was super-saturated. An event that blew up the business community of the country with its energy!
Club 500 is the largest and strongest closed community of Russian entrepreneurs, with an annual turnover of more than 300 million rubles. Gatherings are large-scale club events where residents sum up, share knowledge, experience, and energy.
This time, a meeting called "Silk Road" was held here, in Tashkent. And we took part and helped the club team in its organization. These three days can be described as follows: expanding boundaries, breaking patterns, large-scale networking, emotions, charge, inspiration.
The business part of the first day of the rally was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and this busy day ended with a hot after-party at the Toku restaurant under Hammali & Navai and Dj Denis Agamirov.
This is a unique project of Ucell, which gave everyone an opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of blogging. Education at the academy lasted a month and was free, classes were held in two languages: Russian and Uzbek. All this time, successful bloggers of Uzbekistan and invited experts shared their knowledge and experience with the audience. Polina Say acted as an invited foreign expert. Our team worked to ensure that the learning process was uninterrupted and comfortable.

British American Tobacco Uzbekistan has renovated its office. The opening ceremony of the renovated office was entrusted to… Ravshan and Jamshut. It was funny! You can laugh with us by looking at the photo.
This is how the agricultural company UPL pampers its employees. Employees of the Kazakh and Uzbek offices spent this gorgeous week in the mountains, where they combined business with pleasure as part of the OpenAg Awards event. Trainings and seminars alternated with entertainment: team building, playing Mafia, hiking, karaoke, dancing, fireworks and just relaxing in nature.
How can foreign guests be introduced to the history of our country? You can give them a guided tour, but it’s much more interesting to organize a historical quest and literally immerse them in the atmosphere of ancient times.
As many as 90 people from Russia participated in the quest organized by us. We divided them into 9 teams, each of them received instructions and props necessary for completing tasks. Thus, the participants independently studied the architectural monuments of the old part of Bukhara, unraveled historical secrets and even talked with the Khan of Bukhara.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations represented by Nozim Khusanov, the representative office of the World Bank represented by its head Marco Mantovanelli, the media, the city administration, the general public and one important goal is to help the population with employment.
The main objective of the event is to raise the level of farming through education in this direction.
The event itself is divided into two blocks. The first is entertaining and informative activities in the lobby. The second is a presentation in the hall, with a launch ceremony and live broadcast from five regions.
Activations:
1. Installation "Pear" from 200 kg of fresh, juicy pears.
2. A zone where, under the guidance of a gardener, it was possible to plant a sprouted lemon seed in a branded pot and take it home with instructions for growing.
3. An interactive stand where you can see the development trend of the economy ... through the peephole.

Hybrid events are events with a small number of participants on the site and a large virtual audience. Such events have become a new reality in the event industry, at least for the near future.
In this format, a round table was held on the development of the building materials industry in the country and the rebranding of the “Uzpromstroymaterialy association”.
Our team was entrusted with the organizational issues of both the offline event and the live broadcast.
JSC "Uzbektelecom" on the eve of the 30th anniversary of independence put into operation four nine-story modern houses, designed for 210 apartments. Housing is intended for workers in the telecommunications sector.

Uzbekistan hosted the thirty-third meeting of the Commission of Senior Officials of ministries and agencies of the SCO Member States of the organization responsible for foreign economic and foreign trade activity. It was event requiring higher accountability.
The winners of the prestigious Hakaton Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019 contest were determined in Tashkent. It was designed for software engineers. And, 28 startup teams competed for total prize pool of 600 million UZS! The competition was initiated by “Ucell” and “IT Park” with the support of the Youth Union and “SmileMobile”.

For the first time in the history of Uzbekistan, the international conference "The role of the capital market in the development of the economy of Uzbekistan" was held. The conference was organized by the Agency for the Development of the Capital Market in conjunction with the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
An open championship Uzbekistan Skills was held for the first time in Tashkent. The president of the “WorldSkills International” association, Jos de Goey, arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in it. The championship was attended by representatives from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, various regions of Russia and observers from Kyrgyzstan.
Our team conducted a New Year party on January 5. We recommend to celebrate if in the beginning of a new year because of: cost-effectiveness, big variety of available restaurants and entertainment service suppliers, in January all the reports are submitted and plans are developed, December is busy period. And the main point is positive emotions for the year ahead.
The official launch of the first European Mobility Week in Uzbekistan. The event was held at the Turskiston metro station, which was under construction at that time. The atmosphere was magical! Mr. Eduard Stiprais, Head of the European Union Delegation in Uzbekistan, and representatives of different organization like the European Union, the Tashkent Khokimiat, the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent metropolitan, the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Uzbekistan took part in the campaign launch.
On January 2, the Credit Asia Bank hosted a Charity Run of Elves devoted to the New Year! Elves on the Run took place in the Tashkent Botanical Garden. The event was attended by 207 caring and active people. All donations went to a charity. That was a great initiative of Credit Asia. We wish it would become a good annual tradition!
In October 2019, the company was eight years old. Company celebrate its birthday in the format of Open Days every year. On 1-2 November, we invited representatives of business community, our clients, colleagues, partners and friends. All the guests were treated with delicious meals and joyful celebration.

On this day, more than 50 artists entertained passengers in the subway - mimes, animators and magicians, performances by military and string orchestras, an exhibition of paintings, as well as an excursion for the delegation of the European Union Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Eduards Stiprais, representatives of the European Union in Uzbekistan, diplomatic corps of member countries of the European Union, ministries and departments.

A press conference where the future pride of Uzbekistan was presented - the NestOne skyscraper, which is being built on the territory of Tashkent City MDC. This building is expected to be the tallest in all of Central Asia!
“Murad Buildings” held a charity dinner for the pupils of Orphanage No. 30. We were entrusted the organization of the event. The festive atmosphere of this children's holiday was created by cartoon characters, an illusionist and a team of dancers. The children learned how to paint on the figures of plaster and ceramics, as well as they made bracelets and bags. At the end of the evening, the children received gifts from “Murad Buildings”.
We became an event partner of the international mobile conference “MobiCon 2019”. This annual event, initiated by our friends and partners of the “Ledokol Group”, as always, gathered strong domestic and foreign speakers and active participants. A press dinner was organized for the international construction company “MJ Developers”, where the start of the ambitious “Namangan Square” project was announced. The grand final of the team tournament “Lenovo Legion CS: GO Tournament 2020” took place in Tashkent. Lenovo was the general partner of the games with the support of Central Asia DISTRIBUTION. International Investment Conference Energy Week Uzbekistan 2019. The event gathered an unprecedented number of investors and became the first independent B2B platform in this sector of Uzbekistan.

We were lucky to organize a very interesting event - the International Banking Conference “Banking Fusion 2019”. The event was devoted to developing and improving the efficiency of the banking self-service channel, more than 100 participants from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Switzerland took part in it.

The opening ceremony of the office of the Association of Beekeepers is one of the amazing projects organized by us. In the office of the Association, in addition to the administrative department, located interesting objects. On May 28, in the framework of the official visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, a series of events took place, of which we were entrusted with the organization of a business briefing, a round table and a banquet within the reception on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All three events were held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. More than 50 high-ranking officials and major managers of both countries attended the events.
We once again organized and held a prize drawing for Samsung, this time as part of the “All the Best to Home” promotion. 150 people were invited to the rally, which were chosen randomly from 1,000 participants of the action. 100 prizes were awarded - refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, vacuum cleaners and microwaves, and the five most successful participants won a premium set - a set consisting of all five positions.
On May 16th, the annual USENET conference was cool and productive, where we made event partners, and also presented our stand, where we held many interesting activities. One of the brightest elements of our stand was the Iron Throne. Each guest could take a photo on it, determine his belonging to one of the Seven Kingdoms and take part in the competition from the service of gift-impressions vPodarok.uz.
In May, for the first time in Tashkent, the grand opening of the Central Asian motorcycle season took place. Our team presented the general sponsor of this large-scale event - Adrenaline Rush Uzbekistan. We organized Adrenalin Rush sampling in the Next mall. It was a grand motor show that gathered more than 500 motorcyclists from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The guests saw dizzying motorcycle stunts, live performances by rock musicians, illusionists.
On May 3, the bright, beautiful Day of the company CENTRAL ASIA DISTRIBUTION was held at Obi Hayot restaurant. On May 4, we participated in the Job Fest fair within the framework of the Case-Championship among students of Uzbekistan. At the conference, our CEO Arsen Dlyanchev spoke with a motivating speech for students, and our colleagues presented the company to students at the stand, where they spoke with them and invited some of them to an internship.
On May 4, an event took place in our Unique House, in which we performed in two roles - organizers and participants. We organized an Event-marathon, where cool speakers pumped us and all its participants. It was a powerful upgrade and a lot of inspiration!
On May 2, we implemented another event of heightened responsibility - the Uzbek-Emirates workers forum: “Work and career prospects”. The forum started with a ceremony of pressing a symbolic panel dedicated to the start of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates in the field of labor. The program of the event included presentations of forum participants, the signing of contracts, a question and answer session, the signing ceremony between employment agencies.
On April 27th, it was hot in Anhor Lokomotiv Park - this evening the capital rock band Flyin UP performed a solo concert there! With unrestrained emotions, adrenaline and powerful energy performers charged about 1000 people! Our team provided event-support to the general sponsor of the concert - Adrenaline Rush.
On April 26, we held “Investor Day” for AKB SANOAT QURILISH BANK with the participation of Freedom Finance Investment Company, journalists and bloggers for shareholders and investors. The event was held in the format of an online broadcast, with a question and answer session, and the media interview was completed. On April 25, we organized the SAP Forum Tashkent. SAP customers, partners and experts told how innovative solutions allow winning the competition and how to build a truly Intellectual enterprise with the help of technologies. Within the framework of this forum, an Innovation exhibition and seven sessions on various topics were also held.
On April 23, the IT Women’s Gap Forum was held - an event in support of women entrepreneurs in IT and girls choosing this profession of the future. We were pleased to provide technical equipment for this progressive event!
On April 22, we opened the office in Uzbekistan of the French company Schneider Electric. The first part of the event - the conference, was held in Hyatt Regency Tashkent. Then the participants went to the factory of the partner of Schneider Electric - the company ENERGO SYSTEMA NVA, where the red ribbon cutting ceremony took place.
On April 19, an Uzbek-Korean business forum was held. The event was attended by representatives of more than 150 Korean companies, as well as more than 250 participants from the Uzbek side. The participation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Korea Moon Zhe Ina gave particular importance to the event. Participation in the organization of this significant event is a great honor for us. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and are pleased to have the opportunity to be involved in such global and significant events.
On April 14, in the Ankhor-Lokomotiv Park, our team organized a “Family Day” for SANOAT QURILISH BANK employees and their families. The event was attended by about 3,000 people. The program of the event included performances by illusionist Dmitry Polyakov, animators, dance groups. In turn, the children could enjoy a colorful show of soap bubbles, a cryo show, participate in various competitions with prizes, and also ride the attractions for free. At lunch, the guests were treated to delicious pilaf.
We carried out team building for 150 Pepsi employees in the factory itself! The participants of the event were greeted to the solemn sounds of karnay and surny and the real, only safe, radiant battle began - Archer Tag. After the battle, the staff took part in a dance flash mob. And also for our heroes a sumalak for 150 liters was prepared.
From 11 to 13 April, the National Exhibition of Banking Services, Equipment and Technologies BankExpo-2019 was held at Uzexpocenter NEC. The program included Bank Talks, the “Start Up Initiatives” session, round-table discussions, seminars and master classes. We have done comprehensive work both on the organization of the exhibition itself, and on the organization of stands and activities on them for some participating banks.
On April 10, we, together with Be the Change Group, organized a training in the Poytakht business center, marketers, economists, managers, business people delve into the jungle of marketing, and under the leadership of Ilya Balakhnin developed Customer Journey Map.
Our team together with Dolores Travel Services organized team building in Samarkand for a Russian company. For the delegation of 70 people was developed an exciting program with quest elements. Tourists visited Gur-Emir, where a photo session in national attires was prepared for them. Then the guests went to Shahi-Zinda, where guests were waited by a quest with Khoja Nasreddin and riddles, after passing which, they reached the observatory of Ulugbek, where the tea ceremony-quest was held. In the end, the players went to the Bibi Khanum madrasah, where they took part in a master class on painting scarves.
Helmeted girls, bloodied mock-ups, soundproofing testing on drums - we have once again proved that a serious event can be held creatively and tastefully!

On March 24, the first Tashkent International Half Marathon dedicated to the Navruz holiday was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city administration, the National Olympic Committee, the Athletics Federation and the Youth Union. On March 14, the regular meeting of the HR Club participants in the Sumalak party format was held within the walls of our hospitable Unique House. This time, the main topics of the meeting were team building, how to work out with the help of the team members a sense of unity and cohesion and how to achieve their goals with a small budget. On March 21, a promotion from the Pepsi brand in honor of the Navruz holiday was held in the Central Ecopark of Tashkent. The organization of this event was carried out by our team. The festive program included performances by presenters and DJs who entertained visitors with various activities. A photo zone with tantamaresques were organized, where guests made original shots. The event, of course, was not without the main tradition of the holiday - on a large cauldron the participants cooked sumalak, made a wish and congratulated each other. On March 12, a grand opening of the co-working center, GroundZero Sergeli, took place in Tashkent, in which our team participated! The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On March 7, in the office of UzBAT, our team organized an original festive event in the style of Hard Rock Cafe. The company's office was filled with drive and charging atmosphere, which usually reigns in more than 300 restaurants and cafes Hard Rock Cafe around the world. The girls at the entrance were met by bikers on motorcycles Yamaha Raider, Harley Davidson, who drove them around UzBat, made photos with the lady on a thematic photo zone and drove to the office entrance. On March 8, in honor of the International Women's Day, the Pepsi trademark’s promotion was held at the Mega Planet, Next and Compass shopping and entertainment centers, which was organized by our team. Funny mimes invited each representative of the beautiful half to an interactive photo zone. Participants of the action were photographed, shared holiday cadres in social networks with the hashtag #Pepsiuz and received a can of pepsi. Also, each girl was given beautiful magnets with compliments. The photo zone created by our team was made with slots in the form of a figure eight, each participant in the action supplemented it with a flower and as a result a flower figure eight was obtained. On February 23, the first EPAM conference in Uzbekistan was held at Inha University, in the organization of which our team participated. The goal of EPAM INSIDER was to create a platform in Tashkent city for communication of IT professionals, providing opportunities for colleagues to share experiences, and also exchange of real business cases and skills. At the conference, the leading experts of EPAM told what projects they were working on, shared their skills and advice on how to make a career in an international IT company and answered questions during a panel discussion.
On February 15, in the Mirzo-Ulugbek branch of Sanoat Qurilish Bank, a ceremony was held to determine the winner of the promotion “Win a trip with a universal Visa-sum card” organized by our team. At ICTWeek Uzbekistan 2018 we presented Ucell company, which celebrated the decade of its brand in the Uzbekistan market this year. During the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to participate in various interesting contests and receive prizes from Ucell. Special attention was paid to the company's stand, where detailed information about the products and services of the mobile operator was presented.
During the event, we were able to talk about how to create business events, how the client can help make preparation for the event more effective, how to come up with ideas faster than they've been stolen, and even talked about how to make a “bomb” event in 5 000 000 soums! Another nice part of the event was the distribution of Teambuilding for One puzzle from Unique Present as well as the drawing of prizes from gifts-impressions service vPodarok.uz. The meeting ended with business conversations over a tasty breakfast.
The event took place on the territory of the mountain complex "Liner" and was very rich. Teaching trainings and presentations of speakers, group tasks, as well as teambuilding "Art therapy 2.0", "Construction" and the quest throughout the complex!

The press conference was held under the motto "Acer in Central Asia" at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent. As part of the event, Acer held a demonstration of key models and participants were able to try out laptops of different lines of the company in a special showroom.

The main goal of the trip and the most unforgettable part of it was the team building of a new format: "Art-therapy 2.0". Team members collected applications on canvas, focusing on the pictures that were displayed by the projector. In addition to the full organization of teambuilding, our team carried out transportation of the company's employees, as well as full coordination of the event throughout the three days.
Emotions and drive at this event went off scale! Guests of this musical and dance event were lit under the beats of Khadjiev Farrukh, performances of “Di Live” band, Persky and Zlotnikov Dance Center. Many interesting competitions were held and a large number of gifts were given.

This is the first festival of the city format which was held in 5 different parks across the city and visited by approximately 40 000 people overall. During the whole event, entertainment zones were actively working for all visitors, starting from family teambuildings and master-classes, and ending with performances of musical and dance groups. In each park, more than 150 people were involved in organizational and entertainment process. We were able to carry out this grandiose event with the support of the city hokimyat.
This is a sampling, but in a completely new and original format. The event took several days off in several parks at the same time. Visitors were able to try products, get acquainted with the brand, make a summer selfie with Etty, and also participate in an entertainment show program.
"Technology of decision-making" and "Development of intellect and thinking" topics that the Master revealed. Lev Gavrish told about the useful mainstream in the education field – edutainment: gaming learning, through which corporate learning becomes fascinating and effective. The Top 500 business forum, which took place in the Botanical Garden, gathered about 600 entrepreneurs, representatives of the city administration, embassies, public figures of our city in order to establish communication between the state and business and make the city management effective. Mission completed - an event dedicated to public discussion of the Project of concept on reforming the tax system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, attended by about 500 people, including more than 35 media representatives, was excellent!

On this festival our "soldiers" organized BTL-actions for Ucell, timed to launch the Zvooq service and the New Positive tariff plan. Actions were held for two days and included a large number of fascinating competitions with excellent prizes, appearance of an illusionist and consultation of visitors.
