On May 28, in the framework of the official visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, a series of events took place, of which we were entrusted with the organization of a business briefing, a round table and a banquet within the reception on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All three events were held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. More than 50 high-ranking officials and major managers of both countries attended the events.
We once again organized and held a prize drawing for Samsung, this time as part of the “All the Best to Home” promotion. 150 people were invited to the rally, which were chosen randomly from 1,000 participants of the action. 100 prizes were awarded - refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, vacuum cleaners and microwaves, and the five most successful participants won a premium set - a set consisting of all five positions.
On May 16th, the annual USENET conference was cool and productive, where we made event partners, and also presented our stand, where we held many interesting activities. In May, for the first time in Tashkent, the grand opening of the Central Asian motorcycle season took place. Our team presented the general sponsor of this large-scale event - Adrenaline Rush Uzbekistan. We organized Adrenalin Rush sampling in the Next mall. It was a grand motor show that gathered more than 500 motorcyclists from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. On April 25, we organized the SAP Forum Tashkent. SAP customers, partners and experts told how innovative solutions allow winning the competition and how to build a truly Intellectual enterprise with the help of technologies. On April 22, we opened the office in Uzbekistan of the French company Schneider Electric. The first part of the event - the conference, was held in Hyatt Regency Tashkent. On April 19, an Uzbek-Korean business forum was held. The event was attended by representatives of more than 150 Korean companies, as well as more than 250 participants from the Uzbek side. On April 14, in the Ankhor-Lokomotiv Park, our team organized a “Family Day” for SANOAT QURILISH BANK employees and their families. The event was attended by about 3,000 people. The program of the event included performances by illusionist Dmitry Polyakov, animators, dance groups. In turn, the children could enjoy a colorful show of soap bubbles, a cryo show, participate in various competitions with prizes, and also ride the attractions for free. We carried out team building for 150 Pepsi employees in the factory itself! The participants of the event were greeted to the solemn sounds of karnay and surny and the real, only safe, radiant battle began - Archer Tag. After the battle, the staff took part in a dance flash mob. And also for our heroes a sumalak for 150 liters was prepared.
From 11 to 13 April, the National Exhibition of Banking Services, Equipment and Technologies BankExpo-2019 was held at Uzexpocenter NEC. The program included Bank Talks, the “Start Up Initiatives” session, round-table discussions, seminars and master classes. We have done comprehensive work both on the organization of the exhibition itself, and on the organization of stands and activities on them for some participating banks.
On April 10, we, together with Be the Change Group, organized a training in the Poytakht business center, marketers, economists, managers, business people delve into the jungle of marketing, and under the leadership of Ilya Balakhnin developed Customer Journey Map.

In July, SIMMA HOTEL Spa & Water Park thundered with its opening! The Cook Choi band and the symphony orchestra created a wonderful atmosphere, and the creative guys from Reginight showed an exciting show with fire and liquid nitrogen. At the opening, Yulduz Usmanova herself sang.
We helped to open the Gavali_Uzbekistan brand store and coffee shop. On March 24, the first Tashkent International Half Marathon dedicated to the Navruz holiday was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city administration, the National Olympic Committee, the Athletics Federation and the Youth Union. On March 14, the regular meeting of the HR Club participants in the Sumalak party format was held within the walls of our hospitable Unique House. On March 21, a promotion from the Pepsi brand in honor of the Navruz holiday was held in the Central Ecopark of Tashkent. The organization of this event was carried out by our team. The festive program included performances by presenters and DJs who entertained visitors with various activities. A photo zone with tantamaresques were organized, where guests made original shots. The event, of course, was not without the main tradition of the holiday - on a large cauldron the participants cooked sumalak, made a wish and congratulated each other. On March 12, a grand opening of the co-working center, GroundZero Sergeli, took place in Tashkent, in which our team participated! The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On March 7, in the office of UzBAT, our team organized an original festive event in the style of Hard Rock Cafe. The company's office was filled with drive and charging atmosphere, which usually reigns in more than 300 restaurants and cafes Hard Rock Cafe around the world. The girls at the entrance were met by bikers on motorcycles Yamaha Raider, Harley Davidson, who drove them around UzBat, made photos with the lady on a thematic photo zone and drove to the office entrance. On March 8, in honor of the International Women's Day, the Pepsi trademark’s promotion was held at the Mega Planet, Next and Compass shopping and entertainment centers, which was organized by our team. Funny mimes invited each representative of the beautiful half to an interactive photo zone. On February 23, the first EPAM conference in Uzbekistan was held at Inha University, in the organization of which our team participated. The goal of EPAM INSIDER was to create a platform in Tashkent city for communication of IT professionals, providing opportunities for colleagues to share experiences, and also exchange of real business cases and skills. At the conference, the leading experts of EPAM told what projects they were working on, shared their skills and advice on how to make a career in an international IT company and answered questions during a panel discussion.
On February 15, in the Mirzo-Ulugbek branch of Sanoat Qurilish Bank, a ceremony was held to determine the winner of the promotion “Win a trip with a universal Visa-sum card” organized by our team. At the event dedicated to the investment opportunities of Uzbekistan, it was announced the start of the national SPO - the collection of applications from investors for the purchase of shares of the Kokand Mechanical Plant. The organization of this event, which brought together the largest investors in Uzbekistan, was entrusted to our team. The event was initiated by Freedom Finance Uzbekistan. At the event, the founder of the company, Timur Turlov, made a presentation on the country's investment opportunities. The speaker also announced the launch of a large-scale road show in the cities of Uzbekistan.
The event, initiated by the public movement DIASA, was dedicated to the International Day against Diabetes, which is celebrated annually on November 14th. On this day, those present could enjoy a rich program. The AFC DIASA team and a star club called Black Bears took part in the football match. A motor rally was held in Tashkent dedicated to the New Year campaign “Season of Miracles” of Ucell company. The organization of this action carried out our team! Three branded cars, along with Santa Claus and Snow Maidens, were driven through the major shopping and entertainment centers of the city. The first location is the new shopping and entertainment center Compass, then the rally moved to Samarqand Darvoza and ended in MEGA PLANET. Father Frost and Snow Maiden held fun contests and quizzes, gave citizens a wonderful mood and memorable gifts from the company.
Our team was engaged in the design of the hall in the NEC “Uzexpocenter”, where the International Innovation Week INNOWEEK 2018 was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Innovation Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Investment Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The opening of the exhibition-presentation of the Moscow Zoo, a concert of Russian performers, a friendly tournament in fencing and sambo, the opening of the exhibition of honored artists of Russia Sergey and Maxim Sidorenko and the presentation of Russian cuisine and products - all these business and cultural events were held as part of the Days of Moscow in Tashkent. We are happy that our team took part in the organization of these important events in the cultural life of our country!
We organized conferences for regional dealers and corporate clients of Ucell throughout whole Uzbekistan. They included presentations of two tariff plans of the company - Special and Gigaman in such cities as Karshi, Termez, Nukus, Urgench, Samarkand, Dzhizak, Gulistan, Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, Navoi and Bukhara.
The solemn opening ceremony of the museum, fully organized by our team on a turnkey basis, was held with the participation of top management and partners of the “Uzpromstroybank” and media representatives. Boris Golender was invited as a special guest. The legendary historian told the audience about the rich history of the building and shared amazing facts.
The official meeting began with the welcoming words of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev Sh.M. and President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. The forum included launching ceremonie of the NPP project in the Republic of Uzbekistan, exhibitions and signing of memorandums, as well as business meetings. The forum took several days and more than a thousand representatives of Russia took part in it - heads of regions, heads of leading companies and industrial enterprises and other business structures.
The ceremony of cutting the red ribbon was held to the solemn sounds of carnay and surnays and was attended by the company's general director Tonu Grunberg. From October 16 to October 21, residents and guests of the capital enjoyed the entertainment and cultural program of the festival, initiated by the Hokimiyat of Tashkent city. At ICTWeek Uzbekistan 2018 we presented Ucell company, which celebrated the decade of its brand in the Uzbekistan market this year. This is the first festival of the city format which was held in 5 different parks across the city and visited by approximately 40 000 people overall. During the whole event, entertainment zones were actively working for all visitors, starting from family teambuildings and master-classes, and ending with performances of musical and dance groups. In each park, more than 150 people were involved in organizational and entertainment process. We were able to carry out this grandiose event with the support of the city hokimyat.
This is a sampling, but in a completely new and original format. The event took several days off in several parks at the same time. Visitors were able to try products, get acquainted with the brand, make a summer selfie with Etty, and also participate in an entertainment show program.

The Top 500 business forum, which took place in the Botanical Garden, gathered about 600 entrepreneurs, representatives of the city administration, embassies, public figures of our city in order to establish communication between the state and business and make the city management effective. Our team was happy to assist in coordinating the forum, which will help make our country better!

Mission completed - an event dedicated to public discussion of the Project of concept on reforming the tax system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, attended by about 500 people, including more than 35 media representatives, was excellent!

On this festival our "soldiers" organized BTL-actions for Ucell, timed to launch the Zvooq service and the New Positive tariff plan. The remarkable employee of the bank took the first place according to the results of the competition and our team was very happy and proud!
